Point form!
- Day 1: The first day in Thailand was bad. We had to walk a super long distance and the weather was even hotter than Singapore. Plus, my legs were really tired after walking for more than 3 hours.
- Day 2: Wasnt that bad. Guess it has something to do with stamina although we walked for the whole day. Went to Chinatown and granny enjoyed herself thoroughly there. Me and my sister were drowning from our sweat.
- Had shark fin and bird nest for lunch with some other food :DDD But i pity the swallow. They spit out their saliva just to build a home (imagine people doing that!) and even spit out blood but in the end humans consumed them. The restaurant displayed a jar of bird nest outside in a shelf and you can see the feathers on it.
- Went to Siam next. My mum and aunties actually spent 2 hours just to buy bras. Ate Swensens after dinner. I ordered The Earthquake. It is really cheap compared to SG but you cant choose the 8 flavours )):
- Day 3: Went to the weekend market to shop. Bought a very cute cake magnet. Feet werent as tired as yesterday. After lunch, we proceeded to Big C (shopping mall) to shop. There were many roadside stalls. Ate chicken skin!
- Day4: Went to The Fashion Mall and bought hell lots of things. Mum was the worst. We spent more than 10,000 baht in Thailand because mum keep on buying things.
Drivers in Thailand are really scary. They dont stop even if the traffic light is red. You have to dash across the road in groups. And bus-stops are in the middle of roadside stalls. There isnt any shelter!
Also, there was once where the bus refuse to stop at the bus-stop (because of traffic jam) and so everyone had to rush to the middle of the road to board the bus. Sometimes, people had to board the bus even though the buses were still moving (slowly laa!) Scary not?
No chewing gums. Sorry Charlene but we didnt enter 7-11 so i didnt get a chance to buy your chewing gums )):
